Short-Term Internship

For Students

Participants in our short-term program are generally students in high schools, technical colleges or universities looking to gain practical experience in a work environment for several weeks.

The program gives interns the opportunity to build on their existing skills, acquire valuable insight into the travel business and develop observational and organizational competence. Our staff will work with each intern to develop a program tailored specifically to his or her needs and provide ongoing supervision and evaluation.

International Internship

For members of the IC Bellagio staff

At IC Bellagio, we know that our success is in our people. We value each and every employee and make it a priority to provide them opportunities to grow professionally and personally. One key example of this is our international internship program, which places members of staff with one of the company’s international partners for a fixed-term internship.

This is a real win/win for our entire business. Not only will the participants have the opportunity to broaden their horizons, develop their leadership skills and gain insight into how other successful companies in our sector operate, IC Bellagio and its clients will benefit from the exciting exchange of ideas and business innovations that come as a result.

Long-term Internship

For Postgraduates

Candidates for our long-term internship program will have outstanding ambition and a passion for travel and tourism. They are currently working towards a university degree in travel and tourism or have some previous professional experience. This full-year program is designed for people interested in experiencing first hand the culture and work environment of Italy, while opening the door to an exciting and challenging international career.

Successful candidates will be assigned a dedicated mentor and receive an individualized development plan. In an aim to provide interns with a broad-based experience, they will have the opportunity to work in each department at IC Bellagio and will be expected to play an active role in day-to-day operations in each case. After completing the departmental rotation, the mentors will work with them to tailor the subsequent program to the intern’s particular talents and professional goals, which may entail following a specific project to completion.
