Today’s tour takes you back in time to the hilltop town of Erice, where invaders from across the ancient world left their mark. After a pastry tasting at Maria Grammatico’s famed pastry shop featuring her popular pastries and lifelike marzipan fruits, enjoy a walking tour of Erice’s fairytale streets and have lunch in a local trattoria. The return trip takes you down the fabled Via del Sale to see its medieval windmills and distinctive salt mounds.
