Villa Curata an historical residence, recently has been  purchased by a noble Florentine family. After a long restoration, it has become a luxury place to stay. Thanks to its space and its comfort this Villa is the ideal place to get together and relax.

Villa Curata boasts a widest private park with 13 x 7 m private swimming pool, well equipped with garden furniture (tables, deck chairs, sun beds and sunshades) closet or which has been recently arranged a well equipped fitness area with: gym, sauna, showers, cloakroom and changing room facilities with showers and toilets. Guests will also find BBQ and stone oven, a play area for kids, a table-tennis, mountain bikes and a telescope to admire the night sky! There is a big parking space as well.

Villa Curata with its 680 square meters extend over three levels: basement, ground floor, first floor. On the ground floor, the living area with a large room furnished with sofas and armchairs made by precious fabrics with magnificent  colours, a studio, a TV room with stereo equipment, kitchen and bathroom. The lower floor is represented with a large dining room with a table for 20 people, a huge kitchen equipped with modern domestic appliances, bathroom and lift.

First floor: 7 double rooms with en-suite-bath. The rooms are furnished in elegant style with ancient elements. Each room features a different colour and four of them have panoramic views of Lucca. Each room is equipped with air conditioning.
