Led by IC Bellagio’s CEO and Founder, each chapter of this journey mirrors the company’s core belief: that the richest travel experiences come not from what you see, but from who you meet along the way. In Series One, Andrea travels through the Dolomites, revealing the emotional power of place across four intimate episodes. From alpine villages to family-run hotels, the series shines a light on a region where tradition and innovation live side by side and where hospitality is both an art and an inheritance.
In Series Two, Andrea explores Tuscany during the Slow Season, when the region reveals itself most honestly. Across four new episodes, the series delves into the landscapes, traditions and people that define Tuscany beyond the height of summer, from historic towns and working stables to local flavors, artisan workshops and exquisite hotels shaped by time and care.
In Series Three, Andrea journeys through Liguria, exploring the Italian Riviera between land and sea and through the people who give the region its distinctive character. From local fishermen and artisans to winemakers, chefs and hoteliers, the series reveals a Liguria where traditions remain part of everyday life, hospitality is deeply personal and the connection between people and place is felt at every turn.
In the Special Edition, Andrea Grisdale’s Italian Routes enters the world of Orient Express in Italy. Beginning at Orient Express Venezia, continuing aboard La Dolce Vita Orient Express and concluding at Orient Express La Minerva in Rome, Andrea discovers a different way of seeing and traveling through the country, where the art of travel becomes as meaningful as the destinations themselves.
