Today’s experience virtually takes you to Capri to learn the secrets of making the island’s favorite dishes. You do not need any special equipment or any technical preparation, relying on recipes passed down from one generation to the next, your chef will teach you how to prepare some delicious recipes: ravioli capresi with lemon sauce, pesto made with basil, sinfully-sweet torta caprese made with chocolate and almonds, just to name some dishes! While cooking, your chef will introduce you to the history of the dishes, tips, wine pairing and anything Capri! You can also choose to sit back and relax while your new friends provide a cooking demonstration.
